Essential Tips

Heellooo People,

I have already given you some essential tips! I thought I will give you more tips to live healthy!
These days are very hard to live healthy! There is a lot of nice food!

Here are some tips!:

1. Move your Body:
The first tip is moving your body! It's not like going to the gym but when you climb the stairs instead of an elevator it will makes life easier. When your dog wants to go out walk your dog!! Take the bicycle when you have to take your children from school when it's not that far. 

2. Avoid Fast Food:

Fast food is very nice to eat but you better can avoid this kind of food! You have to avoid the food that is fried! Red sauces are good and not that fat like! When you take a lot of mayonnaise it's very fat. 
You can better take not that much sauces because they makes you fat. When you are cooking doesn’t use to much butter! You can also use oil that's healthier and biologic. Just eat more fruit things like that. Like the milkshake! It is very healthy!

3. Don't Smoke

For people who are smoking! Please stop with smoking! I know it's very hard to quit.. When you want to live healthy you have to quit with smoking. 

4. Brush and floss your teeth

Brush your teeth 2 times a day and also floss them! The brush can't catch everything in your mouth. So that's why we have to floss!

I hope these tips are helpful! So it's now time for a nice massage and an aromatherapy from O de V! I will choose for Lavender!

Healthy and nice food!

Guten Tag, Bonjour, Hola, Goedendag, Hello, 

Just trying to say hello to everyone in the world, but that's not the reason why I was writing this post.

I want to give everyone some tips to live your life healthy. 
Sometimes it is too hard for seeing that good stuff like candy, cookies, icecream, fast food... because you are on a diet!!


 You are thinking the whole day: I WANT FRIES.

Okey I'm sorry... I don't want to make it harder for you this day... 
Let's talk about some good food! Healthy  food/drinks can also be very nice!

Like a milkshake! I was walking down the street and saw a bar with a lot of choices with different milkshakes! Ingredients: Cane sugar, Milk, icecubes and fruit a lot of fruit. You can choose your own flavour with different fruit like strawberry and lemon, banana etc. You can mix this conbination and you have a milkshake yummy yummy I love it!
